The following is the suggested format for paper submissions :
• Paper Title
• All Authors Name, Affiliation, Email
• Abstract and Keywords (Up to 5 keywords)
• Introduction/Background/Objectives
• Literature Review
• Methodology, Findings, Analysis and Discussion
• Conclusion, Limitations and Recommendations
• Reference
• Tables, Figures etc in their appropriate location in the paper (if applicable)
Paper Submission
Please, submit your full papers in Microsoft WORD format.
Length limit: approximately 12 pages, including abstract, diagrams tables and references. The first page should contain in the following order: The beginning of the paper with the instruction
• Title
• Name(s)
• Institutional affiliation(s)
• Abstract
• Keywords
• The final section will be the references in APA style
*The authors that are willing for their article to be reviewed in the Scopus indexed journal, please provide title of the article and abstract in bilingual languange (English and Bahasa Melayu). Please send two seperate files, one file with full paper in English or Bahasa Melayu. The second file, abstract and title of the article ONLY in English AND Bahasa Melayu to icomm3@kuis.edu.my.

Please note that the forms above are set for “A4″size. If you are using any other size as your default option, please make necessary changes before printing them.
Author may send more than 1 paper (presented by the same author). However, additional paper is chargeable at USD 50 /MYR 150 per paper. No limit for papers per participant as long as additional papers are paid.
At least one of the authors must register for and present the paper at the conference. The conference proceedings will be reproduced as a digital book (PDF on a CD) with an appropriate e-ISBN number. Only papers of registered authors will be published in the proceedings. Papers submitted after 3rd September 2016 can be presented at the conference but will not appear in the proceedings.
Criteria for Best Paper Award
The paper must :
1. Empirical;
2. Align with the conference theme;
3. Will contribute to practice or industry needs; and
4. Relevant to the current issues
