This conference is basically focused on the areas postgraduate and social sciences development. Since the demand in this area has been improved, it is time to explore global issues which are currently very challenging. Therefore, the Center of Graduate Studies took the initiative to continue organizing the ICPR 2019 on 21th & 22th October 2019 at Selangor International Islamic College, Selangor with the theme "Progressive and Collaborative Research in Facing IR 4.0".

The objectives of this conference are:
To provide conference platform for postgraduate students.
To cultivate the sharing of knowledge on research.
To build academic and research network among universities from Malaysia and abroad.
To enrich the scientific material in various disciplines.

International Islamic University College Selangor also known as KUIS, is a private university college fully owned by Selangor Islamic Religious Council (MAIS). In 2000, KUIS moved to its permanent campus in Bandar Seri Putra, Bangi and was officiated by DYMM Sultan Sharifudin Idris Shah Ibni Almarhum Sultan Salahudin Abdul Aziz Shah AlHaj, Sultan of Selangor on May 25 2002.
